Q. Which Insurance company are you a part of?

A. We are an independent broker of insurance, which means that we are a non-captive and can compare coverage and pricing among many insurance carriers such as SafeCo, Nationwide, and many more! We are loyal to our clients, not the insurance company!

Q. How often do I have to call you to shop my insurance coverage once it is in place?

A. Good news! We automatically do the shopping for you once a year around your contract anniversary! We do this to save you time and money!

Q. Will I get an assigned agent?

A. Yes, you will get a servicing agent through CGM Insurance, a partner of Pillar Insurance Group. 

Q. If I have a claim, who do I call?

A. You would call the insurance carrier directly by contacting the toll free number on the back of your insurance card. We are the brokerage agency, and do not service contracts. This helps keep your costs low!

Q. How long until I get my quote?

A. The more complete the forms are on our quote page, the faster response you will receive. Please allow sufficient time for a response, with the most being 5 business days before you hear from us as we do a lot of research on your behalf.
